This instrument is based off of Edgin’s Lute that I made during my time working as a Carpenter on the set of ‘Dungeons and Dragons: Honour Among Thieves’.

This instrument was styled slightly differently, with a modern fretted fingerboard, metal machine heads, and tuned like a baritone ukulele.

The body and neck are carved out of sycamore, with an ebony fingerboard and bridge.

The Engelmann Spruce top has relief carvings in, and the whole instrument given a relic brown stain.

To complete this Dungeons and Dragons piece, is a custom built pine chest to keep the instrument in. The chest features a carving to the top to match the instrument, antique brass hinges, and a padded crushed velvet lining.

A truly unique piece to add to either your collection of instruments or film memorabilia.
